Head of Protective Controls

Lead the team responsible for the organisation's technical security controls, covering security architecture, identity and access management, security operations, and staff awareness. Responsibilities:

• Set the strategic direction for the organisation's technical security controls
• Take accountability for endpoint, network, identity, data and system security across the organisation
• Commission and oversee penetration testing and application security testing programmes
• Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of security specialists
• Advise senior leadership on security architecture and risk
