- Own the organisation's incident response lifecycle
- Manage the relationship with the organisation's managed security service provider
- Ensure incident escalation procedures are documented, tested and understood
- Lead crisis communications during major incidents
- Manage a team covering security monitoring oversight, incident response and vulnerability management
