Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms govern your use of relcanto.com and the tools and content on it. By using the site you accept them. Consultancy and resourcing services are delivered under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Using this website
You may view, download and print material from this site for your own business use. You must not misuse the site — that includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping at a scale that affects availability, or using the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
Information on this site is not advice
Our articles, service pages and the Cyber & AI Readiness Check are provided for general information. They are a high-level starting point, not professional, legal or regulatory advice, and should not be relied on as the basis for a decision. Every organisation's circumstances differ — please take advice specific to your situation before acting.
The Cyber & AI Readiness Check
The readiness check produces an indicative score and narrative based solely on the answers you give. Part of the narrative is generated with the assistance of AI and reviewed by us before follow-up. It is not an audit, penetration test, certification or assurance opinion, and no assessment of your actual environment is carried out. Results are personal to you; shared result links are unlisted and are not indexed by search engines, but anyone with the link can view them.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, branding, logos, reports and the readiness questionnaire, is owned by or licensed to Relcanto Limited. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Relcanto and the Relcanto logo are our trade marks.
Material you submit
When you send us an enquiry, application or CV, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive client material through the website forms; use an agreed secure route instead.
Third-party links and services
The site links to partner sites, our booking calendar and other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we exclude liability for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you use the site applies. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@relcanto.com.
